Experimental Model of Total Pancreonecrosis

Abstract. The author’s experimental model of severe acute pancreatitis mimics human acute pancreatitis due to cholelithiasis. The results of morphological and laboratory studies, as well as the severity of state of experimental animals confirms the effectiveness of this model and its comparability with the human disease.
