Abstract.
With the help of morphological and immunohistochemical methods and the structural features of the thymus in the chest during postnatal ontogenesis in children (n = 77) under conditions of hypoxia-induced embryonic developmental disorders of the heart, of varying difficulty. It is found that changes in the structure of the thymus depends on the complexity of heart defect, which determines the degree of hypoxia. In children with complex congenital (blue) recorded a decrease in the expression of retikuloepiteliotsitahPanCK, accompanied by a breach of the architectonics of epithelial stroma. On semithin sections showed signs of degenerative changes in the cells of the stroma, which resulted in the devastation of alopecia cortex lobules. Against this backdrop, intensified fibroblast cells differon with positive expression of monoclonal antibodies to CD 34 and vimentin. Observed active angiogenesis processes involving fibroblast cells differon. Number and activity of poorly differentiated fibroblasts correlated with the severity of hypoxia.
