Abstract. The inhabitants of the metropolis has a physiological level of activation of the immune system: the share of Mature T-lymphocytes in the composition of the total number of lymphoid elements of blood averaged 49,08% with no significant differences for women and men (respectively 49,03 and 49,12%); more than 60,0% of Mature T-lymphocytes (CD4+) interconnected with activated lymphoid populations with receptors for IL-2 (r=0,85; p<0,05), especially for men (63,0%).
Keywords: immunological reactivity, residents of the metropolis, cellular activation of receptor activity
