Abstract. Influence of social and ecological factors of environment postpones a print for indicators on health of women in the north, in particular on immune system and reproductive systems. It was surveyed 59 women at the age of 21-30 years, inhabitants of Arkhangelsk, 25 female-chumrabotnitsa’s, at the age of 21-30 years which been born and have grown in the settlement Nes, the Kaninsky tundra of the Nenets Autonomous Area. Female inhabitants of Arkhangelsk, have a considerable activation of system of B-cages (CD20+) in 89,8% cases and apoptosis (CD95+) in 59,3% cases, is revealed against expressed neytrofilny (50,8%) and T-cellular insufficiency (100,00%); chumrabotnitsa’s in the Nes of the Nenets Autonomous Area, have leykopeniya is registered, lymphocytic insufficiency in 20% cases, also is observed reduced concentration of T-helpers (CD4+) and cytotoxic lymphocytes (CD8+) in 40% cases, low levels of concentration of CD95+ at 52% of women are revealed; deficiency of cages of CD5+ is defined in all surveyed groups. The average levels of a hormone of Prolactinum at studied groups of women in age 21-30 years is in limits of physiological norm: in inhabitants of Arkhangelsk-7,62±2,2 ng/mm (at standard of the contents 1,2-19,5 ng/mm), in inhabitants is the settlement Nes, this indicator makes 7,53±4,4 ng/mm.
