Abstract.
The KC is more aggressive disease with poor prognosis and bad results from chemotherapy and X-ray treatment. Immunotherapy has become a guideline ESMO from 2010. We have studied immune homeostasis of 13 patients of KC: the local disease were (n=5), the region — (n=4) and the metastasis clean-cell KC (n=4). IH was exams after 3-6 month of operation. We conclude what IH and clinical forms of KC were different. The metastases KC had high level of leucocytes and granulocytes, depletion of CD 16 and fall activity reaction inflammation of cytokines of IL-2 and IFN-γ.
