Abstract. A comprehensive survey of 49 healthy volunteers with the definition of a series of biochemical and immunological parameters. It is established that the reduction of pyruvate in the peripheral blood on the background of increasing the activity of anaerobic metabolism associated with a reduction of the content and increased phagocytosis of activated immune cells, cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer.

Keywords: lactate, piruvate, transferin, free iron, phenotypes of lymphocytes.
