Summary.
Studied antibacterial action of synthetic peptides of the
GM-CSF active center and the substances received from supernatantes
CD34+45 — cells predecessors of hemopoesis. It has been revealed that
GM-CSF peptides and supernatantes cages possess the expressed antibacterial
activity, thus the combination of the given substances possesses
more expressed activity in comparison with separate substances.
Possible mechanisms of the revealed effects of synthetic peptides and
substances from supernatantes are discussed CD34+45-.
Key words:
GM-CSF peptides, CD34+45 — cells, antibacterial activity
