Research Role of Polymorphism of Genes Il1b and Il1ra in Development of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract. The conducted research showed existence of positive association of chronic obstructive illness of lungs (COPD) with genotypes IL1B (-511)*С/Т (OR= 2,69), IL1Ra (-1129)*C/Т (OR=2,33).
