Abstract. It has been established that animals have a membrane digestion and small intestinal absorption disorder under influence of stressors. The digestion system is a primary link of nutrient materials assimilation mainly determining the general organism metabolism and homeostasis. The stress influence is resulted in stomach and duodenal ulcers, intestinal dysmotility disorder, blood flow change; change in fluid, electrolyte absorption and increasing of passive small intestinal permeability. This work reveals the influence of stress on animals membrane digestion and absorption. During stress the following was observed: excitement and anxiety, blank incurious stare, extremely intense dyspnea, self-limited cramps, loss of appetite. The data confirms the presence of stress. The trial experiments revealed the stress influence on membrane digestion on the basis of the experimental model. Besides it should be noted that the reaction on stress depends on rats’ trophological state (fullness or short-time starvation).
