Abstract. The purpose of this study was to evaluate hemodynamic and autonomic nervous system parameters in different phases of the menstrual cycle. We examined 20 healthy women aged 22 years with regular monthly menstrual cycle, for 2 months. There was a significant increase in heart rate, Amo, increase in LF/HF, LF and HF decrease in the luteal stage of the menstrual cycle compared with the follicular. Significant changes in SBP and DBP, depending on the phase of the cycle is not established. Thus, in the luteal stage of the sympathetic activity predominates in the follicular phase — the parasympathetic. This is very likely due to differences in the ratio of sex hormones at different stages of the menstrual cycle.
