Abstract.
Throughout the world, the number of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been growing steadily and today the search for new markers of the progression of chronic renal failure (CRF) with the aim of slowing down is important. Given that CKD is itself an independent risk factor for cardio-vascular disease, the concomitant lipid metabolism in these patients only aggravate the prognosis. The aim of our study was to inves-tigate the change in indicators of renal hemodynamics in patients with CKD with disorders of lipid metabolism in the background correction of statins and normal lipid metabolism. The results indicate that the most pronounced changes were observed in the study group and the comparison group at the level of the segmental and interlobar arteries. It was determined that patients with abnormal lipid metabolism without taking lipidlowering drugs, blood flow parameters differ from those in patients with normal lipid metabolism and those receiving statin therapy. Pattern was also observed in the similarity indices of renal hemodynamics in the subgroups of patients who do not have abnormalities in lipid metabolism and receiving lipidlowering therapy.
