Abstract.
Malignant tumors of kranioorbitalny area, being rare option of neurooncological process, at 40–50 % of patients initially come to light only at the III–IV stage. The conducted research allowed to reveal, the clinical picture of defeat of basis of a forward cranial pole was characteristic only for patients with processes of the central localization, at 44,4 %, — lack of neurologic symptomatology was noted. Symptoms of frustration of neural structures of an orbit and the basis of an average cranial pole were more specific to patients with the front and lateral growth of malignant tumors — 47,2 %, cases with lack of clinical symptoms among them it appeared twice less — 19 %. Detection at patients at primary survey of these clinical simptomokompleks, allows to suspect primary localization of primary center of a tumor of kranioorbitalny localization, in due time to appoint the necessary volume of diagnostic actions and to plan tactics of further maintaining and treatment of the patient.
