Uremic polyneuropathy characterized buy symmetrical distal defeat limbs likes senso-motor polyneuropathy. Frequent violations of uremic polyneuropathy are restlessleg syndrome, “burning in the feet” syndrome, syndrome of paradoxical thermal sensitivity. Early detection and adequate interpretation the symptoms of lesion in nervous system are necessary for prognoses estimate of appeared neurological deficits in patients with chronic kidney disease on extra renal purification of blood stage.
