Abstract. Biochemical indices of blood serum оf miner’s Udachny city were investigated. Miners have changed at energy homeostasis, protein metabolism and pro- and antioxidant processes. Change homeostasis is reaction of the miner’s organism to the process of adaptation adaptation to extreme climatic, geochemical and technological factors of diamond industry.

Keywords: diamond industry, miners, proteines and lipids, lipid peroxidation, antioxidant system
