Method for Evaluation of Threatening Life and Health of Able-Bodied People (by the Example of Tobolsk District of Tyumen Region)

Abstract.
Possibility of using new method for evaluation of threatening life and health of able-bodied people in framework of social-hygienic monitoring was investigated by the example of Tobolsk district of Tyumen region. The method is based on adult mortality values and allows to identify therapeutic districts with strong threat for life and health of able-bodied people. Using this method it was reveled high dispersion of therapeutic districts in mortality values during 2007–2009 years. In cluster of districts with low mortality there were 4.1 death per 1000 adults, in cluster with high mortality – 17.1 death per 1000 adults. Thus it was founded the instability and uncontrolled level of processes responsible for minimization of threatening health and life of people in Tobolsk district of Tyumen region, the main threats were cardiovascular diseases.
