Abstract. As a result of analysis of statistical data of the World Health Organization thermal damage assign second place in the structure of injuries. Burns are tissue damage as a result of high temperatures. The basis of the treatment of burns is the elimination of irritating agent, the use of antiseptics, painkillers keratoplasty funds affecting acceleration epithelialization. In this article we consider the impact of thermal agent on the oral mucosa and the therapeutic effect of the pharmaceutical composition on the basis of kremniytitanorganicheskogo glycerohydrogel containing bifidumbakterin 1%, hydroxyapatite1%.
