Abstract. Study of efficiency of therapy of bone marrow multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (BM-MMSC) burn wounds in norm and hyperglycemia-induced streptozotocin in mice. It is shown that the introduction BM-MMSC, conditioned media from BM-MMSC or fibroblasts promotes rapid epithelization of wound skin defect in normal and hyperglycemia.
Keywords: hyperglycemia, diabetes mellitus, diabetic food ulcer, multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells
