Abstract.
20 samples of blood were examined at young people with arterial hypertension and hypothetically dyskynesia of bile ducts. Parameters of lipid metabolism (such as lipoproteinogramma on Fredrixon), glucose concentration, level of ureic acid any enzymes, which shows the liver activity (AST, ALT, basic phosphatase, bilirubin) and homeostatic parameters (protrombine time, activated parcial tromboplastin time, trombine time, fibrinogene) were estimated. This biochemical analysis has revealed the combination of metabolic parameters wich can be proposed as risk factors at cardiovascular diseases development. Among them are high level of ureic acid (in compare with control group), dyslipidemia (increased level of atherogenic parameters and decreased level of antiatherogenic parametres), and high concentration of fibrinogen in compare with light increasing of liver enzymes activity.
