Summary.
Investigating the rate of self-assembly of fibrin (SAF) in human and rats found that it is independent of sex and age varies throughout the year (minimum and maximum in spring — maximal in the fall), it is greatest at hyperthrombinemia caused by the physical load, painful stimulation, the injection of adrenaline or sex steroids, synchronized with the increase coagulation potential. Inhibition of SAF coincided with a decrease in the capacity of the coagulation of blood. Individual variability of the SAF, greater than the above its average duration (the lower its velocity).in general, SAF — the value of a stable — its deviation from the mean values not exceeding 50%, and this is characteristic for the vibrations of the activity of some procoagulants and individual stages of the blood coagulation process. Consequently, the SAF — a regulated process, same as the other stages of blood coagulation.
