Software external quality control of molecular-biological research in the diagnosis of breast cancer in the Ural federal district (Reference) in 2015

Abstract.
Established under the auspices of the Russian Society of Pathologists (RSP) system reference studies of breast cancer in immunohistochemical laboratory is being successfully implemented in the Urals Federal District. Proven system of external quality control (reference) makes it possible to objectively evaluate the results of different laboratories, determine the cause of the identified inconsistencies and make recommendations to address them. No less important is the possibility of implementing mechanisms training immunohistochemical laboratory involved in the reference system, standardization of preanalytical and analytical phases of the studies used instructional techniques of research and interpretation of the results. The necessity of passing the immunohistochemistry laboratory voluntary certification procedures recommended by the RSP.
