References (list of bibliographical sources), which are in the Roman alphabet for international databases, repeat all sources of literature, regardless of whether there are foreign ones among them. If the list has links to the Russian foreign publications, they are fully repeated in the list written in the Roman alphabet.
The names of the authors and Russian names of sources are transliterated. The titles of articles, monographs, collections of articles, conferences are translated, indicating the following output data given in digital format.
References in Latin script can be prepared using the transliteration system of free access (http://www.translit.ru) and Google translator. Manual transliteration is not allowed in order to avoid errors.
