Abstract.
This article presents information about a new pharmaceutical composition, developed at the Department of pharmacology and clinical pharmacology of Ural state medical University of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation together with the I.Ya. Postovsky Institute of Organic Synthesis of Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which includes Ketorolac and amitriptyline, in a soft dosage form on the basis of a silativit. The assessment of acute, subchronic toxicity and safety of application of new pharmaceutical composition became a problem of this research. Research was done on esportistes white mice (weight18–22 g) and white rats of the Wistar population (weight of 200–260g) of the same age group, and rabbits Chinchilla of both sexes (weight 2800 g). There wasn't registered any lethal outcomes of small laboratory animals during the determination of acute toxicity, also it was not revealed toxicity after rectal introduction. After putting composition during 28 days there was not any sensitization of rabbits. Therefore, it is possible to make the conclusion about safety of the studied new structure of pharmaceutical composition.
