Abstract. To assess the effectiveness of follow-up care, an analysis of the reports on monitoring ambulance calls and adult mortality served by DC No. 3 in Moscow for the period from June 2015 to April 2017 was conducted. We found a significant reduction in the number of ambulance calls with an increase in the winter-spring period, the absence of dependence on mortality; increase in adult mortality with a peak in the autumn-winter period, the leading cause of death is coronary heart disease. For an objective assessment of follow-up care, it is expediently to monitor the number of cases and the number of days of temporary incapacity for work, hospitalization and disability cases, the frequency of exacerbations of chronic diseases in dispensary group.
