Abstract. In terms of emergency cardiology of the necessary operational forecast of the patient's condition, defining the tactical objectives of the control treatment. The effectiveness of treatment of acute coronary syndrome is closely associated with mortality and re-hospitalization. Currently, one of the main principles in treatment of acute coronary syndrome is personalized therapy. We retrospectively analyzed 4324 medical histories of patients hospitalized with ACS in hospitals without PCI facilities, treated and subsequently admitted to the other hospitals with PCI facilities. The article reviews the organization of providing emergent medical care for patients with acute coronary syndrome in hospital where transcoronary intervention is not available. We described the algorithms of management for patients with acute coronary syndrome with and without ST elevation. Timely diagnostics and intensive treatment of ACS significantly improved shot-term and long-term outcomes.

Keywords: acute coronary syndrome, transcoronary intervention, algorithms of emergency help
