Abstract. Was a comparative characterization of the coagulation process under the influence of nitric oxide donator Sin-1 in pregnant and nonpregnant women by thromboelastography and platelet aggregation. On changes in the coagulation system was judged by comparison indicators thromboelastogram platelet rich plasma from blood plasma with Sin-1. This study found that during pregnancy reduced platelet sensitivity to nitric oxide. Found that during pregnancy reduced platelet sensitivity to nitric oxide, reduced activation time R and the angle α is increased under the influence of Sin-1 during pregnancy.

Key words: nitric oxide, platelet aggregation, thromboelastography, pregnancy.
