Abstract.
Changes in Russian legislation and government decisions in the health sector in 2010–2016. led to the health care system transformation of children in the municipal sector. To study the effect of organizational changes have occurred ranging of municipalities of the Sverdlovsk Region population of children and adolescents, forms are provided for medical care, as well as the number of doctors — pediatricians. The results are compared with indicators of morbidity in children and adolescents nervous system diseases. Found increase in inter-municipal differences in the general background of relative deterioration of the epidemiological situation of diseases of the nervous system in children and adolescents.
