Abstract.

Autoimmune poliglandulyarny syndrome (APS) – a primary autoimmune failure of two or more peripheral endocrine glands, leading to their failure, often associated with various autoimmune diseases organospecific neendokrinnymi genesis. APS type 2 is characterized by a combination of autoimmune adrenal disease (80-100 %), thyroid (68–97 %) and pancreas (35–52 %) glands (Father II, Melnichenko GA Fadeev, VF, 2007). This article describes a unique case with all the classic components of this syndrome (chronic adrenal insufficiency, autoimmune thyroiditis, diabetes mellitus (possibly, LADA-diabetes)), as well as non-specific neendokrinnoe autoimmune disease such as autoimmune hepatitis. Despite the fact that the first description of this syndrome dates back to 1926. The literature is very rare description of endocrine syndromes, in which primarily affected several peripheral endocrine glands (NT Starikov, 2002). As a consequence, not enough knowledge of such conditions, methods and characteristics of their treatment. This article describes the basic tenets of these rare, serious and at the same time interesting patients.
