The Parametrs of Hemostasis for the Pations in Traumatic Hock

Аbstract.

The research objective was to estimate the influence infusion
therapy on parameters of system hemodynamic, hemostasis in case of
patients in traumatic shock 3nd degree. It is revealed that carrying out
infusion therapies at patients with traumatic shock of 3nd degree levels
at pre-hospital and hospital stages of treatment crystalloid solution of
0,9 % of sodium of chloride and a colloidal solution of 6 % starhc 200/0,5
is ineffective corrects system haemodynamics and promotes occurrence
negative hemostasis. Use in the program infusion to therapy of patients
with traumatic shock of 3nd degree levels at pre-hospital and hospital
stages of treatment crystalloid a solution of 0,9 % of sodium of chloride
in a combination to a colloidal solution of the modified gelatin of 4 %
promotes positive dynamics haemodynamic the status of patients, and also
to absence of negative influence on a hemostasis.
