Abstract.
The results of a pilot study on right ventricle remodeling in hypoxic conditions (professionals – athletes) were introduced. Displaying worsening changes, accompanied by right ventricular hypertrophy and reduced ejection fraction in the case of redistribution of venous blood flow in the veins of the lower limbs and reduce the preload on the right heart.
