Abstract.
This article presents the current scientific data on the pathophysiological mechanisms of atherogenesis and progression of renal damage in patients with dyslipidemia at different stages of CKD. Methods are described for medical correction levels of atherogenic lipoproteins in patients with CKD. Further, use of world experience shows various extracorporeal elimination lipoproteins compare their performance to the effects of these treatments for the underlying disease, as well as the results of studies on their safety.

Key words:
dyslipidemia, chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis, apheresis LDL, double filtration plasmapheresis
