Abstract. In Polar region is more common type of disorganized alpha-activity of electroencephalogram (EEG) with paroxysmal phenomena compared with adolescents from Subpolar region. In adolescents of Polar region wide range of interleykin-6 (IL-6) deviation with very low and relatively high values was revealed. In persons with low EEG alpha-activity higher levels of IL-6 compared other persons were revealed, especially in the Subpolar region. Adolescents with disorganized EEG alpha-activity and increased activity of diencephalic structures in the Polar region are more frequent cases of high values of interleykin-10 on the background of relatively low values of IL-6 compared with other persons.
