Postvaccinal immunity to tetanus toxoid in the active donor plasma for fractionation

Abstract.
Immunoglobulin human tetanus is currently the only means of therapy and emergency prevention such severe infections such as tetanus. Prepare the required volume of blood plasma for the production of tetanus immunoglobulin, to increase the specific activity of the drug and at the same time rational use of donor contingent enables a new approach to the recruitment of groups of immune donors, namely the purposeful selection of donors, which assumes the active development of specific antibodies.
