Abstract. In experiments on rats found that after 30 minutes of acute massive blood loss of 30–40% of EBV occurs launch coagulation hemostasis: significantly increased — recalcification time 3,2-fold, activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin and thrombin clotting time 1,4-fold; fibrinogen concentration increased by 12% compared with the control. At the same functional parameters of platelet hemostasis do not go beyond the normal range. Simultaneously activated and system antigemostaza as anticoagulant (antithrombin III activity increased 1,5-fold) and the fibrinolytic (fibrin degradation products content increased 3-fold compared to control). This early selective activation of the coagulation system prevents excessive launch of thrombus in response to blood loss and subsequent development of thrombogenic complications.
