Abstract. For the purpose of clarification of influence of an inactivation of mast cells on dynamics the reparative processes in testicles morphological research is conducted at preparation introduction ketotifen. It is shows that the inactivation mast cells promotes recovery processes in testicles for the account increase in number of spermatogonia.

Keywords: regeneration, testicles, mastocytes, immunoexclusive organs
