The retrospective analysis of reproductive behavior of the female population as a basis of creation of model of the actions directed to preservation of reproductive health

Abstract.
Research objective: To carry out the comparative analysis of indicators of abortions and an assessment of reproductive behavior of women of perimenopauzalny age. On the basis of the conducted research to define the main directions in creation of model of the actions directed to preservation of reproductive health. Material and methods of research: Retrospective analysis of reproductive behavior of 500 women, 1952–1962 year of birth. On the basis of the conducted research the model of system of training of the population concerning reproductive health is formulated and presented for discussion of the public. Statistical, analytical and descriptive methods of research were used. Results of research: The carried-out retrospective analysis of reproductive behavior of women has revealed that was applied by methods of contraception of 66,8% researched, at the same time the ratio of childbirth to artifitsialny abortions in this group has constituted 1:1,5 that demonstrates irregular application of contraception, preference of methods with low contraceptive performance, it confirms need of creation of modern model of a training system of the population concerning reproductive health. The offered modern model of a training system of the population concerning reproductive health has got approval of the public within 1 stage crowdsourcing project «Together for worthy medicine», the Khanty-Mansi autonomous district Yugra which is carried out July-August, 2013 by administration. Conclusion: It is established that throughout the reproductive period of 32,2% of women from general selection contraceptive means didn't use, at the same time the quantity of cases of artificial interruption of pregnancy prevailed over the number of childbirth. For the purpose of preservation of reproductive health of the population introduction of modern model of system of training in questions of reproductive health is necessary. The presented model of preventive actions has got significant public approval.
