Productivity of Hippotherapy at Persons with the Combined Frustration of the Musculoskeletal Device and Mental Functions

Abstract. For the purpose of definition of an opportunity and productivity of use of hippotherapy as a medical and recovery technique at persons with a combination of frustration of the musculoskeletal device and mental functions dynamic research of 128 patients aged from 28 till 52 years with violations of motive functions, chronic painful syndromes and post-traumatic stressful frustration is conducted. To all patients the full course of medical riding consisting of 9 occupations was conducted. The distinct positive effect of hippotherapy concerning all components of the combined pathology is defined by numerous scales and questionnaires. Use of hippotherapy in a complex of medical and recovery actions at persons with the combined disorders of motive and mental functions is recommended.
