Abstract. Aim. To characterize of changes in myelogram of rats in experimental model of toxic hemolytic anemia. Materials and methods. Toxic hemolytic anemia was simulated by intraperitoneal administration 2-butoxyethanol (BE) to nonlinear white rats; after 30-days observations bone marrow smears were analyzed. Results. On the 30th day of the experiment in animals with toxic hemolytic anemia caused by the introduction of butoxyethanol, a tendency towards a red growth hyperplasia of bone marrow was founded.
