Abstract.
HBV-infection is considered as a systemic generalized
infection, which may cause extrahepatic manifestations of the
disease. Syndrome of endogenous intoxication, as a component of
intoxication syndrome, in varying degrees is present in patients
with acute and chronic viral hepatitis B with extrahepatic lesions.
The dynamics of the markers of endogenous intoxication syndrome
examined in 211 patients with HBV-infection with periarteritis
nodosa and isolated lesions of the joints, skin, cardiovascular
system and kidneys. Results reflect a large amount of endogenous
intoxication in patients with periarteritis nodosa and renal disease.
Keywords: viral hepatitis В, a syndrome of endogenous intoxication
