Abstract. Cystic fibrosis is a hereditary disease characterized by systemic lesions of the exocrine glands, manifested by severe disorders of the respiratory, gastrointestinal and other organs and systems theoretically predisposing to infection or tuberculosis. However, there is no information confirming or refuting the more frequent incidence of tuberculosis in patients with cystic fibrosis. The aim of the study was to study the features of the detection and the clinic of tuberculosis in a child with a pulmonary-intestinal form of cystic fibrosis. Tasks and methods. The literature on tuberculosis in patients with cystic fibrosis both in Russia and in other countries of the world among the etiologically confirmed cases of tuberculosis has been analyzed, the results of immunodiagnostics, genetic and bacteriological studies have been summarized. Theoretical bases, features of diagnostics and clinical course in combined pathology of cystic fibrosis and tuberculosis are described. The probability of tuberculosis of a 2-year-old child with a pulmonary-intestinal form of cystic fibrosis is shown, which is in constant contact with a tuberculosis father. Conclusions. The current opinion about the increased resistance of patients with cystic fibrosis to the development of tuberculosis reduces phthisiatric alertness. The increase in infiltrative changes in the lungs, adenopathy, steadily progressing inflammation of the bronchopulmonary apparatus in patients with cystic fibrosis can be regarded as the underlying disease. In such situations, phthisiopathy is required with the implementation of the diagnostic minimum: double sputum examination on MBT by molecular genetic and bacteriological methods, immunodiagnostics, studying the health of others and involving them in the survey.
