Abstract. The paper presents results of analysis of the content of the extracellular pool of receptors in the Nenets Autonomous District residents and healthy individuals. Found that increasing concentrations of extracellular pool consisting of CD23, sFasL and CEC type C1Q, S3D in Arctic populations correlated with relatively high’s activated immune background tension of regulatory mechanisms and lack of energy resources of immunocompetent cells. In shedding activation are important immune reactions involving reagin with increasing concentrations of histamine and eosinophils, which are influenced by a change in the lipid layer of cell membranes. Accumulation of extracellular pool provided deficient phagocytosis.
Key words: The Nenets Autonomous Area, the shedding, circulating immune complexes, sFasL, sCD23, IgE, IL-4, a histamine, percent of active phagocytes
