Abstract. The results of the survey 152 people, residents of Moscow in MK “Biola”, 96 women, 56 men and 115 people, residents of Arkhangelsk in the laboratory regulation of immune mechanisms (Professor LK Dobrodeeva ), 59 women and 56 men aged 40 -60 years.
To identify the adequacy of the immune response is necessary to develop methods to assess the general condition of the immune system. For this it is important to examine the ratio of cell subpopulations processes lymphoproliferation, differentiation, antibody production, and apoptosis, which would reveal the efficiency and consistency of each subpopulation of its individual units, such as — macrophages, complement, interferons and T -lymphocytes, NK cell, major histocompatibility system, cells of the immune memory, antibody-producing cells and the central organs of immunity.
The increase of concentration (activation) content in natural killer blood correlated with an increase in the blood levels of T-helper cells (CD4+) and T- cytolytic lymphocytes (CD8+): patients with elevated concentrations of NK (> 1,0 x 109 cells / l, an average of 1, 24±0,11x 109 cells/L) higher content of T -helper cells (0,66±0,09x109 / l and 0,41±0,08x 109 cells/L, p = 0,029) and T- cytolytic lymphocytes (0,67±0,08x109 and 0,32±0,06x109 cells/L, p = 0,023) among residents of years. Moscow (30%) and Archangel (35%), respectively.
Activity humoral mechanisms of immunity in Moscow residents is fairly stable in contrast to the activation of cellular immunity, which is characteristic for the city of Arkhangelsk northerners; stable moderate activation of humoral immunity restrains, controls spontaneous activation of the cellular component, in which failure is more sensitive to the immune system and helps to reduce stress and range capabilities of immune homeostasis.
It is important to note that the ratio of cell subpopulations responsible for the processes of differentiation of antibody to the Muscovites more balanced (even compared to the existing deficit IgA); conditions in the circumpolar region (Arkhangelsk) recorded significantly higher differential failure (CD3+) and decrease in the levels of antibody (IgA, IgE).
