Abstract. The study involve the parameters of carbohydrate metabolism and some bioelements, as well as their relation to the different stages of puberty in girls (8-18 years) living in different climatic areas (North-Western Region — NWR and North-Eastern Region — NER). The girls from NER regardless of stages of puberty have abnormally high copper levels and low magnesium levels, with significantly elevated levels of calcium and phosphorus in the blood, accompanied by a decrease in the concentration of glucose and pyruvate, and an increase of lactate. And girls from NWR have abnormally low levels of copper and high magnesium content, significantly lower concentrations of calcium and phosphorus in the blood, combined with increasing levels of glucose and lactate, and reduction of pyruvate. This pattern is most pronounced in girls both regions on the 4th and 5th stages of puberty.

Keywords: carbohydrate metabolism, bioelements, stage of pubertay, girls, North.
