Hemostatic Status in Pregnancy to Patients of The Group to «High Risk»

Abstract. Results of research of indexes of thrombocyte-vascular and plasma links of a hemostasis, plasmolysis system, natural anticoagulants at 142 pregnant women during the gestational period are estimated. All patients had the burdened obstetric and gynecologic anamnesis: the stood pregnancy or abortions in terms of 6–12 weeks, chronic inflammatory diseases of the female sexual sphere, other violations of reproductive function. Before the real pregnancy to all women pregravitary preparation in the city perinatal center was carried out: complex inspection and treatment at the gynecologist and if necessary at doctors of other specialties. Dynamics of indexes of coagulograms was characterized by strengthening of procoagulation activity with the course of pregnancy. At the same time with it function of fibrinolitic system and natural anticoagulant (the Antithrombin of III) amplified. As a whole changes of rheological behavior of blood at pregnant women of group «high risk» corresponded to that at physiologically flowing past pregnancy.
