Characteristics of ischemia muscle with changing of macrophage functional activity

Abstract.

This paper reviews investigation of microcirculation vessels status in the ischemia area with macrophage stimulation. It is shown that immunomodulator injection results the macrophage migration to affected area. In this case increasing of capillary density compared with control groups is observed. Therefore it is indirectly shown that macrophages are able to influence the angiogenesis in ischemia conditions.
