Abstract.

Congenital malformations of the cardiovascular system are among the most serious pathologies in newborns. The role of preoperative diagnosis, as well as preoperative preparation, is a prognostic indicator in the treatment of congenital heart disease (CHD) in newborns, especially with critical heart defects. Centre provides a comparative assessment of execution of the order of the Ministry of Health of Sverdlovsk Region «On improving the delivery of health care to children with diseases of the cardiovascular system in the Sverdlovsk region, before and after its adoption.
