CURRENT TRENDS AND DYNAMICS OF THE STRUCTURE PRIMARY DISABILITY ACCESS IN KHANTY-MANSIYSK AUTONOMOUS OKRUG – YUGRA

Abstract. The purpose of the study. To analyze the structure of primary disability in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra for 2018-2023 and identify patterns in the distribution of nosological forms of diseases, age groups and established disability groups. Materials and methods. The data of the accounting documentation of the Federal Government institution «Main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise in Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra» of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation has been studied. The federal statistical observation form approved by Rosstat Order No. 742 dated 05.12.2019 was used. The main research method was statistical observation. Results. The analysis revealed a steady growth trend in the number of cases of primary disability in the region. Key trends related to changes in the demographic structure of the population and the improvement of the system for identifying and registering people with disabilities have been identified. Conclusion. The results of the study demonstrate certain patterns in the structure of primary disability. There is a change in the gender ratio: with a general decrease in the absolute number of men with disabilities, there is an increase in the representation of women in these statistics. The revealed changes are caused by a complex of socio-economic and medical-organizational factors and require further in-depth study for the development of preventive and rehabilitative measures.
