MEDICINE FOR FIXING DENTURES, PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF LESIONS OF THE ORAL MUCOSA ON THE BASE OF ORGANOSILICONTITANIUM GLYCEROHYDROGEL, CONTAINING BIFIDUMBACTERINUM AND HYDROXYAPATITE

Abstract.

Method of prosthetics with the use of full removable plate dentures, which are held on the prosthetic bed tissues due to anatomical retention, slight negative pressure and adhesion with a thin layer of saliva, is most commonly applied in the treatment of patients with a complete lack of teeth. Patients faced with the problem of fixing dentures, mainly due to the complicated anatomical conditions of the oral cavity. Whereupon mechanical injuries of the mucous membrane tissues of prosthetic bed may occur in the process of dentures application. The new adhesive medicine on the base of organo-silicon- or silicon-titanium glycerohydrogel containing bifidumbacterinum and hydroxyapatite was proposed. In the studies it was established, that the adhesive medicine has complete pharmaceutical compatibility of all components, provides high adhesion, is non-toxic and has wound-healing, regenerative and anti-inflammatory action.
