Тypological reaction of cardiovascular remodeling in arterial hypertension

Abstract.

It is lead controllable research of 552 patients with an arterial hypertension 1-2 degrees, I-II stages and practically healthy 135. Left ventricle hypertrophy, remodeling types and diastolic dysfunction in view of test with isometric loading were defined, test with a reactive hyperemia of the brachial artery, doppler of cerebral arteries and arcuat arteries of kidneys was spent. The same reactions of hearts and vessels remodelling, vasoconstrictor and hypoperfusion types of a peripheral blood-groove in kidneys and a brain are allocated.
