Abstract.
Resistance to N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidin and 5-bromouracil, imbalance of mismatch repair genes expression confirmed the mutator phenotype of tumor cells from patients with colorectal cancer. Disturbance of repair gene expression in the cells, which are resistant to 5-fluorouracil, tomudex, cisplatin and their combination with leucovorin was determined by us previously.
