Abstract. Our study demonstrated that cell death by apoptosis is more conducive to further healing of myocardial infarction. In this case, the early activation of cardiomyocyte apoptosis on the background of the compound L17 from the group substituted 6H-1,3,4-thiadiazine-2-amine administration significantly accelerates the process reparation after myocardial infarction.
